These terms govern your use of the MNM Services website, quote tool, and any project work you contract with us. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
MNM Services is operated by Justin Edward Mozader dba MNM Services, a sole-proprietor contractor based at 221 E Onota St, Munising, MI 49862. We perform concrete, masonry, general contracting, and winter services (snow removal, roof shoveling, ice dam clearing) primarily in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We are fully insured.
Our online quote tool produces an instant estimated price based on the information you provide. It is an estimate, not a final price. A final price is set after our field estimator visits the site and we issue a signed estimate to you.
SMS is used only for transactional, project-related messages. We never send marketing or promotional SMS. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Estimates we issue are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material costs and crew availability can shift, so we may revise an estimate if you sign after 30 days. Once both parties sign, the agreed price is locked, subject to change orders for scope additions you approve.
Concrete and masonry work depends on weather, soil conditions, and material lead times. We make every effort to hit the date you pick during signing, but your scheduled work day may shift due to weather (rain, freeze, extreme heat — especially relevant for concrete pours), material delivery delays, or other site conditions. We'll keep you posted promptly if your date moves.
Workmanship is warrantied for 1 year from completion against defects in our installation under normal use. Concrete cracking due to settling, freeze-thaw, or improper subgrade beyond our control is not covered. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (we will assist with claims).
Per Michigan law, we notify MISS DIG 811 at least 3 business days before any excavation. You agree to allow utility marking crews access to your property prior to work.
You may cancel a signed estimate within 3 business days for a full deposit refund. After 3 business days, the deposit is non-refundable if we have already ordered materials or scheduled crew. Cancellations after work has begun: you pay for work already performed plus any non-returnable materials.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We carry general liability insurance through MNM Services's policy (proof available on request). We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not marked by MISS DIG, for pre-existing structural conditions, or for weather-related delays.
We may use photos of completed work for our portfolio or website without identifying the property owner's name or address. If you prefer no photos be used publicly, let us know in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alger County, Michigan.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
