Privacy Policy

MNM Services ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Justin Edward Mozader dba MNM Services, 221 E Onota St, Munising, MI 49862, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote, book a project, or otherwise contact us, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to estimate your project and complete the work:

Contact information — name, phone number, email address, service address.
Project information — your description of the work, photos you upload, dimensions, and any preferences you share.
Payment information — when you pay via card, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the card details. We never see or store your full card number.
Communications — text messages, emails, and call recordings between you and us, kept for service quality and project history.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and deliver your estimate.
To schedule, coordinate, and complete your project.
To send transactional SMS and email about your project — appointment reminders, balance-due notices, quote-resume links, and project updates.
To process payments via Stripe.
To coordinate material delivery with our suppliers (concrete plants, masonry yards, brick distributors) for your scheduled start date.
To maintain a record of work performed for warranty and tax purposes.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

Important: By providing your phone number on our quote form or signed estimate, you consent to receive transactional SMS from MNM Services about your project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

SMS messages are sent through Twilio. We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing. We do not send promotional or unsolicited messages — only messages directly related to your project (e.g., "Your start date is Tuesday," or "Your balance of $X is ready to pay at this link").

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with parties necessary to deliver your project:

Material suppliers (concrete plants for pours, masonry yards and brick distributors for masonry work) — we share your name, project address, and start date to coordinate delivery.
Stripe — payment processing (their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy).
Twilio — SMS and voice delivery (their own privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy).
State of Michigan / MISS DIG 811 — utility marking required by law before excavation.
Anthropic — our AI quote estimator processes the description and photos you provide; data is not used for training.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Project records (estimates, invoices, communications) are retained for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Photos and project descriptions are kept for the life of the warranty. You can request deletion of your record by contacting us — see below.

6. Your choices

SMS: reply STOP to any text to immediately opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Email: reply with "unsubscribe" or contact us directly.
Deletion: contact us to delete your record (subject to legal retention requirements).
Access: contact us to request a copy of the information we have about you.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. Sensitive credentials (payment processor keys, email passwords, API tokens) are encrypted at rest in our systems. Customer data is hosted on servers we operate and is accessed only by authorized personnel.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are for adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
